Merywen Delight
60ml Merywen Strawberry & Rose Gin
30ml White Creme de Cacao
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Vanilla Simple Syrup
Egg White
Dry Shake all of the ingredients together hard for 10 seconds. Add ice to cocktail shaker and shake for another 15 seconds. Strain into glass of choice. I topped mine with home made Rose & Gin infused Turkish Delight!

60ml Strawberry & Rose Gin
7.5ml Dry Vermouth
7.5ml Sweet Vermouth
7.5ml Lemon Juice
7.5ml Simple Syrup
1 Large or 2 small Strawberries
Egg White
In a shaker, muddle the strawberry and simple syrup lightly. Add rest of ingredients and shake with ice. Remove ice and dry shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a glass and garnish with edible rose petals.
